What are we looking for?

An accounting clerk.

Functions:

-Manage the company's accounting and daily banking operations.

-To prepare, record and control the company's accounting information, collaborating and taking responsibility for the preparation of the financial statements, according to the directives of the Administrative-Financial Management of the company.

Training required:

• in Business Administration/Economics
• in Business Science
• Master's Degree and/or Postgraduate studies will be a plus
• advanced level

Languages required: English is an asset

Minimum experience

At least 3 years in the financial department of an SME or large company.

Requirements

We are looking for an analytical profile, proactive, organized, autonomous, with a high degree of responsibility, discreet, problem-oriented and with knowledge of the ERP Navision.

Accounting expert, you will be in charge of:

• of accounting accounts: balance management, reconciliations, ...
• of customer, supplier and investment invoices
• VAT and personal income tax documents, submitting them to the relevant tax authorities, as well as social security contributions.
• of bank movements.
• payments, payroll and suppliers.
• of remittances, confirming advances and invoices.
• of commissions to external and freelancers.

Indefinite-term contract and salary based on experience and values provided.

100% face-to-face work at the offices in Barcelona city center.
